The tops shown for Céline’s Spring/Summer 2014 were defined by a certain proportion: dropped shoulders sloping into large sleeves, complemented by cinched waists and a mid-thigh length—pieces that worked somewhere between a minidress and a top. These were crafted in substantial compact knits and jacquards, weighty but not too heavy for summer wear.
One such piece is this t-shirt in viscose interlock fabric, one of a few shown in black this season. Its sleeves feature contrasting white and blue crochet details. Within the cinched waist is an elastic band to hold its shape.
