Making a Purchase

Once you have selected your desired piece/s on the Shop page that you wish to purchase, simply visit the item’s page and select "Add to Cart". On checkout, enter your shipping and billing information, and choose your preferred payment method to complete your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order acknowledgment email to indicate our receipt of your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in USD ($). The converted currencies displayed are only estimates. We’ve provided an automated currency conversion feature to help you in making an informed choice on pricing.

We always aim to process and ship orders at the first opportunity. In some cases, a processing time of up to 3 working days may be needed before your order is dispatched. All orders are prepared from our stockhouse in Metro Manila.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal.

Refunds and Cancellations

All sales made on Archive Market are final. As such, returns and exchanges are not currently accepted.

Items that are returned by the courier to Archive Market are not subject to refund. Reshipment must be paid for by the buyer; subject to standard DHL Express rates as displayed on our Shipment page.

Archive Market reserves the right to cancel orders for pieces that for any reason have become unavailable at the time of purchase, and/or at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund.
