For domestic orders, we offer complimentary shipping for all orders through LBC Express or J&T Express. For addresses within Metro Manila, we offer complimentary hand-delivery which can optionally be selected on checkout.
For international orders, we offer complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL Express for a minimum order value of USD 400. For purchases below this value, standard DHL Express shipping rates will apply.
DHL Express delivers orders within 2 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. This timeframe does not include any delays that may arise from customs clearance and/or deliveries to rural areas. To ensure accurate delivery to your address, please make sure to include specific address details such as your suite number and company name, if applicable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail which includes an individual tracking link, allowing you to see the progress of your delivery.
Import duties and tax are included for all orders bound to select territories: United States, Hong Kong, Philippines.
For the rest of the world, orders are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis, and as such may incur import duties, tax and other related fees upon delivery, depending on your shipping country and local customs authority guidelines. Archive Market cannot be held responsible for any costs, taxes, or delays due to customs, over which it has no control.
In cases where an item cannot be delivered to the address due to unpaid import taxes, duties, or other related charges, Archive Market does not accept refunds, as these fees remain the responsibility of the buyer.

All purchases are insured for up to USD 400, in cases of lost packages whilst in transit to your address. If you might have concerns, you may request full insurance coverage through our customer service email, and we’ll be happy to organize this for you.
Once your purchase has been delivered by DHL Express to your specified address as indicated on the tracking link, the goods you have ordered will become your ownership, after which Archive Market no longer bears any responsibility. After this point, any delivery-related disputes must be subsequently resolved through the courier’s customer service.
