Belted jacket in suede
Prada • Spring-Summer 1994

Prada’s SS 1994 collection showed a decidedly militaristic inclination through a slew of outerwear pieces bearing similarities to uniforms worn by the Royal Italian Army.
Constructed from robust dark khaki suede, this piece takes after service dress jackets: a notched-lapel collar detailed with a Milanese buttonhole above a row of embossed metal buttons on the single-breasted front, with gusseted flap pockets oriented laterally. A box buckle belt engraved with the house’s heritage logo is threaded through inseam belt loops on the waist.
